Parlin Harbet is a seasoned marketing communication professional with a rich background in brand management, marketing strategies, andpublic relations. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Marketing Communication from Mercu Buana University, where he also earned his Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communication.
Parlin began his career in the travel and tourism industry, where he gained extensive experience in ticketing, tour operations, and customer relations. Over the years, he transitioned into the cosmetics and FMCG sectors, where he held various roles, including Brand Executive, Brand Manager, and Senior Brand Manager.
His work has spanned across several leading Indonesian companies, such as PT Gloria Origita Cosmetics, PT Fabindo Sejahtera, and PT NGT Internasional Indonesia. Currently, Parlin is working at one of the world's largest heat-not-burn tobacco companies as a Brand Manager and Marketing Manager. In this role, he handles brand activation,marketing, and sales, contributing to the company's globalpresence and market leadership. Throughout his career, Parlin has developed a reputation for his expertise in brand activation campaign development, and strategic planning.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Parlin has contributed to academic research, publishing studies on marketing strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic and the role of male make up artists in personal selling activities.
