Mr. Garin is one of the pioneers of the vape industry in Indonesia. He has made many contributions to the process of creating vape and e- cigarette regulations in Indonesia as the secretary general of the Indonesian Personal Vaporizer Association. He is also often invited by various Indonesian government agencies such as the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Finance, Customs and Excise Directorate General to discuss regulations and represent vape and e- cigarette MSMEs in Indonesia. In addition to being a member of APVI

Commitee, he was also a member of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) and Indonesia Chambers of Commerce (KADIN).

In addition, he also often joins and is invited to various interviews and discussions in online and national media regarding regulations and excise rates for vape commodities in Indonesia.
