Dwi Aprilla Sandi

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara 1 Regional 4 is a division of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I (PTPN I), one of the state-owned enterprises in Indonesia focused on managing and developing agricultural plantations. PTPN I operates in various regions, and Regional 4 specifically manages the cultivation, production, and management of tobacco plantations.

Dwi Aprilla Sandi has been with PTPN since 2005, initially joining PTPN X. In January 2023, he was appointed as General Manager of PTPN 1 Regional 4 Tobacco Plantation. In this role, he is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and integrating all business processes to ensure the company's operations align with its vision and mission. Dwi is an expert in driving operational changes to revitalize, revamp, and guide teams. As a decisive leader and strategic planner, he specializes in Cigar Tobacco Plantation in Jember. A talented executive, he is committed to optimizing strategies and mindsets to surpass targets, with a strong track record of setting ambitious goals for Cigar Tobacco Plantation operations. He is well-versed in industry regulations and best practices. Dwi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Universitas Negeri Jember, Indonesia.
